Sabrina Winters

Lawyer

Sabrina is committed to helping new and existing clients navigate the complex legal worlds of family law, criminal defence, wills and estates law, and civil litigation.

In her family law practice, Sabrina prepares and negotiates cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, and separation agreements, with a focus on protecting business and corporate assets. She also negotiates and litigates issues such as separation and divorce, the division of marital property, spousal support, child support, and the allocation of parenting time and decision making responsibility.

Sabrina’s wills and estates practice centers on helping clients protect their loved ones and their assets through the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, the probate of wills, and the litigation of contentious issues. She has experience bringing applications for letters of administration, letters probate, and the appointment of committees of the person and/or estate.

Sabrina has represented clients before the New Brunswick Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench and the Courts of Appeal for both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic (FLAC), and volunteers as a lawyer presenter for the Public Legal Education and Information Service of New Brunswick’s (PLEIS NB) family law workshops.

Outside of the office, Sabrina enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and young children.
