Emily Hepditch

Lawyer

Emily is a lawyer practicing primarily in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, and litigation. Emily aims to provide her clients with comprehensive and solution-focused advice, helping business owners tackle a variety of complex matters such as shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning.

Originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland, Emily obtained an Honours Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, psychology, and criminology from Memorial University. In 2021, she moved to Fredericton to attend UNB Law school, and quickly found her second home.

Apart from law, Emily is an avid writer, reader, and illustrator. She has published three novels, The Woman in the Attic, Alone on the Trail, and Murder on Painted Place, as well as a children’s book called Sweater. Emily’s experiences as a young writer and lawyer have combined to make her a passionate advocate. She knows first-hand the challenges that arise in bringing a passion to the marketplace and is thrilled to work alongside her Connors Stilwell teammates to ensure clients receive high quality representation.
