Chelsea works primarily in commercial property transactions, wills and estate law, and residential real estate. Her experience includes property purchase and sale transactions, mortgage refinancing, preparation of wills and powers of attorney, the probate of wills, and applications for letters of administration. She earned her B.A. with double majors in Psychology and Sociology as a Dean’s Scholar from the University of New Brunswick, followed by her J.D. at UNB Law.

Chelsea is committed to centering her legal practice around community engagement and developing a diverse network. During law school, she volunteered with the Legal Information Centre to improve access to legal services for students, and was an active member of UNB OUTLaw, an LGBTQIA+ community outreach group.
