Bryan’s diverse practice involves all aspects of corporate law, property law, and commercial transactions. He routinely advises business owners on a wide range of issues that include preparation for selling or buying a business; structuring companies and partnerships; acquiring real estate; developing, structuring, and financing business projects; contract review; employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Bryan has a Masters of Public Administration and experience working on government related projects. His skill set, education, and experience make him a key member of the Connors Stilwell multidisciplinary team of professionals.
