Michael has been practicing business law for over 20 years. He regularly advises both small and large businesses, investors and business owners in matters relating to starting a business, mergers and acquisitions, commercial financings, tax driven reorganizations, commercial real estate, regulatory compliance matters, shareholder agreements and succession and estate planning. Michael has been very fortunate to have worked with several of the province’s leading business lawyers during his early career which contributed immensely to his professional development.
